What began as a gastro pub has grown into a movement
From Sheffield’s first gastro pub, The Milestone, founders Matt Bigland and Nina Patel-BIgland moved on to create Sheffield’s first food hall in 2018, Cutlery Works.
Still the OG, we’ve now built food halls across the UK but we don’t just built food halls, we build platforms. Not just kitchens – but a space for food entrepreneurs to thrive and communities to come together. The Elephant Exchange is the next chapter: a buzzing hub where a diverse food scene and community activities take place.
